CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Daily: Rinse and wring out your Stainless Steel Cloth, Hob & Oven Cloth, Kitchen Cloth, Bathroom Cloth, Window Cloth, Glass & Polishing Cloth and Dusting Cloth after use.
  • Weekly: Machine wash up to 90°C (hot) with a small amount of detergent. No fabric softener or dryer sheets. Tumble or hang dry. Dusting Cloth should be washed up to 30°C (cold) only.
  • As often as you like: To sanitise and degrease your Home Cleaning Set Cloths (except Dusting Cloth), boil in just water.
  • Oops! Instructions: If fabric softener or dryer sheets are used by accident, rewash with a little detergent on the highest temperature setting.
  • Made to last: The Home Cleaning Set comes with a 3-year or 300-wash guarantee (when used and cared for as recommended).

    Delivery

    All orders received before 3pm will be despatched the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped for delivery Monday.

    All our deliveries are tracked. We use Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, Parcelforce and DX and carrier is chosen based on location and size and is at our discretion. Click & Collect is available from our Warehouse in Bolton between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

    Next Day delivery is £6.95 and is shipped via Parcelforce as other carriers are not as reliable and get us bad reviews. 2 - 3 days starts from £2.95. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
