I can't find what I'm looking for?
Just email email@example.com with your Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, Type of Product, Manufacturer, Model number and serial number (if you have it) along with the nature of your problem and we will see if we can give you the right answer. Harry has a lot of experience in keeping appliances working.
What time can I place my order for next day delivery?
Orders placed up to 4pm will be despatched for next day delivery. However, please send us your main order early so we can get it processed. If everybody held their order until 4pm until placing it then last orders would have to be brought forwards.
How long will it take for my special order to arrive?
Dependent on which manufacturer, current ‘in stock’ lead times are
Manufacturers such as Whirlpool, whose brands include Ariston, Cannon, Creda, Hotpoint, Indesit, Kitchen Aid and Whirlpool or Electrolux whose brands include Aeg, Electrolux and Zanussi or Hoover whose brands include Baumatic, Candy, Hoover and Rosieres usually take 2-3 days so you may need to allow up to 7 days for delivery as long as the spare part is in stock.
Manufacturers such as Beko have limited stocks in the UK so if the part is in stock then lead time is usually 7 days. If the part has to come from Turkey then please allow 6 weeks.
ALL SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ONCE ORDERED ARE STRICTLY NON RETURNABLE UNLESS THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY WITHIN TIMESCALES.

We are happy to discuss this with all our customers, however, this has to be on a volume basis due to the need to meet your customers approvals and expectations. Your customers happiness is equally important to our customers happiness. If we do it – we want to do it right. We can provide a full solution for you.
Why have you sent me a different part?
There are many parts that are universal and are suitable for many different manufacturers. We always want you our customer to get best value. If we can save you money on a part that is of equal status then we will.

Have you checked the fuse in the plug?

Has the bulb gone? Does the element work? Is there something wrong with the switch?
