Are you hungry and driven for success, if so a superb opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join our ambitious Business Development team based in Bolton. This is a Monday to Friday position working the hours of 8.30am till 5.
You will need to be determined, enthusiastic, target driven and dynamic, with a proven track record in achieving calls and targets. Ideally this will be your second position in outbound sales, experience within a spare parts business would be highly beneficial but not essential.
You must enjoy a fast paced continuous improvement environment and play your part in the development.
Your objectives will be to:
Make outbound telephone calls KPI to existing customers in a specific area and to identify new business opportunities.
Follow new leads and opportunities to grow the existing database.
Log calls and diarise call backs
Manage client relationships over the phone to understand their needs and service those requirements.
Work as part of a team to maximise opportunities and assist with company sales growth
Flexible to cover other areas within the sales team
Experience of working with interdepartmental teams
This is an exciting opportunity for a results driven person. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 alongside a competitive bonus scheme.
