Delivery

All orders received before 3pm will be despatched the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped for delivery Monday.

All our deliveries are tracked. We use Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, Parcelforce and DX and carrier is chosen based on location and size and is at our discretion. Click & Collect is available from our Warehouse in Bolton between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Next Day delivery is £6.95 and is shipped via Parcelforce as other carriers are not as reliable and get us bad reviews. 2 - 3 days starts from £2.95. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

There is NO Minimum Order value.

Returns

You have 30 days to return something if you change your mind. Please see our Returns Policy for our conditions.

Special Orders

Please note that Special Order Items will NOT BE ACCEPTED for returns under any circumstances other than being faulty or damaged.
